spmonday Sick Puppies All The Same

The latest album from Sick Puppies is one of the those albums that refuses to die. Tri-Polar was released in mid-July of last year and the single “You’re Going Down” started the ball rolling a few months prior, and “Odd One” followed it’s path. Active rock and alternative radio, as well as their growing fan base have been there for this record since day one. The latest single “Maybe” is on the doorstep of going Top 10 at alternative and it’s climb up the Pop and Hot AC charts have them at #30 and #21 respectively. Be sure to check in each day for each song they did in our studio and we’ll wrap it up with the Last.fm Discover interview I did with them on Friday. Today, the band goes back to the 2007 album Dressed Up As Life to tell us about and play the song “All The Same.”

“All The Same” live at Last.fm Discover.

I have been a sick puppies fan for a couple of years. I was at a conference in Kansas City, MO last May and the keynote speaker used that “Free Hugs” video during his motivational speach. It is so cool to hear the background and the connection between the band and the “free hug” guy! By the way, I just turned 54, but I will be at the Sick Puppies concert in St. Louis in December. I love your music!
